Omron Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor with ECG, HCR-7800T Series is a home-use device designed for one user only. It measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure non-invasively and records ECG data to help notify the user of possible atrial fibrillation. Blood pressure measurement starts automatically after wrapping the dedicated cuff and pressing the START/STOP button. ECG recording is performed with the companion smartphone app by touching the device electrodes for at least 30 seconds. Measurement data can also be transferred to the app after device registration.

Important safety information: do not use on an injured arm, an arm receiving IV infusion or transfusion, near flammable gas, or around MRI, CT scanners, or electrosurgical equipment. Keep other communication devices at least 30 cm away during measurement, avoid use in vehicles or wet environments, and use only the specified cuff and accessories. ECG analysis may display results such as Normal Sinus Rhythm, Bradycardia, Tachycardia, Possible Atrial Fibrillation, Cannot Classify, or Unreadable; these are reference indicators only. For safe operation, inspect the unit before use, clean it with a soft dry cloth, and arrange periodic maintenance at least once a year through Omron Healthcare or an authorized service provider.
